We strive to make every customer happy. Unfortunately due to the nature of our product we do not accept returns or exchanges. In a rare or extenuating circumstance that we would make exception to this rule for exchanges the guidelines below would apply. This rare or extenuating circumstance would be for defective or damaged items and require approval from buyipedirect.com.
To be eligible for a return (if applicable), your lumber must be unused or altered and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a invoice or proof of purchase.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within a certain amount of days. If the exchange is rejected it is your obligation financially or otherwise to ship or remove the lumber from our location.

To return your product, you should contact us to find the closest location for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend contacting us so that we may set up a discounted rate for your return or exchange shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
